Toughened glass sometimes referred to as "tempered" or "safety glass" is up to five times as strong as regular glass.
As the name suggests, it is stronger and can withstand higher temperatures.
We supply made-to-measure glass for a whole range of purposes. Every form of glass is breakable but toughened glass is designed to break into small pieces rather than sharp shards, this significantly reduces the risk of severe injuries, making it a safer option in environments where human contact with the glass is likely.

Laminated safety glass is a type of glass that offers enhanced safety and security features. It is made by bonding two or more layers of glass together with an interlayer, typically made of ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA). This interlayer keeps the glass intact even when it is broken, preventing it from shattering into dangerous shards.
