Let's make things clear

Misted & Failed Double Glazed Units

Fully Guaranteed Work & Fully Insured.

If there is condensation inside the glass of your double glazed unit, or if it appears misty, this means that your unit has failed.

Not only are failed units difficult to see out of but it also means that they are no longer efficient. Heat and warm air will be escaping from inside your house.

Whether you have one or twenty failed units, we will come out, measure up and provide a free, no-obligation quote.

How Do I Know My Double Glazing Has Failed?

If moisture or misting appears inside your double glazed units then they have 'failed'. A double glazed unit is one where two pieces of glass are sealed together with space and air in between them.  This creates an insulating barrier to keep heat in your home and cold out.

Misting or condensation means that the seal has been damaged and your double glazed unit is no longer efficient. A doubled glazed unit can fail for many reasons including age and weathering, a faulty unit, incorrect installation or damage from chemicals.

If your double glazing units have failed, call us today for a free, no obligation quotation.
